Cancellation policy

This policy applies to recurring subscription orders of Ten Mushroom Coffee.

1. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal, with no cancellation fee. If you're unable to access the portal, email hello@livethreee.com with your order number and we'll cancel it for you.

2. When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancel before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. Cancellations do not retroactively refund past shipments already processed.

3. Skipping or Pausing

You may also skip an upcoming order or pause your subscription instead of canceling, if you'd like to continue later.
