Some of our products are available on a recurring subscription through our subscription partner. This policy explains how subscriptions work and how to cancel.
Billing
When you subscribe, your chosen payment method is charged automatically at the frequency you select (for example, every 30 days) until you cancel. There is no minimum number of shipments required and no cancellation fee.
Renewal reminders
We send a reminder email approximately 3 days before each upcoming charge, so you always know before you're billed.
How to cancel
You can skip a shipment, change your frequency, or cancel your subscription at any time through the customer account portal linked in your order confirmation and reminder emails. No need to call or email, it takes effect immediately in your account.
When cancellation takes effect
To avoid being charged for an upcoming shipment, cancel before your next scheduled billing date. Cancelling after a charge has already been processed will not refund that charge, but will stop all future shipments. Charges already processed are covered separately under our Return and refund policy.
