We want you to love your THREEE coffee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your delivery date. There is no need to return the product.
To request a refund, please reach out through our Contact page with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
Subscriptions: refund requests for subscription orders are evaluated per shipment. Only the most recent charge is eligible under this 30-day window. Canceling your subscription does not automatically refund a past charge; contact us separately for that.
Damaged or incorrect orders: contact us within 14 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund, no questions asked.
