Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

We ship via USPS/UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

3. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days within the continental United States after your order ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

5. International Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at hello@livethreee.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

8. Address Accuracy and Failed Deliveries

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address you provide, and we are not responsible for packages delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply. If you notice a mistake in your address right after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at hello@livethreee.com and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
